I grew up in the Adelaide Hills, spending a lot of time on farms where your word meant something and how you carried yourself mattered. That’s something I’ve carried through into real estate — being straightforward, doing what you say you will, and looking after people properly. I have lived in Hillbank since 1989, so I like to focus on selling properties in Hillbank, plus Salisbury, Salisbury Heights, Salisbury Park, Craigmore and Blakeview — focusing across the northern suburbs of Adelaide. A large part of my work is helping homeowners who are looking to downsize or make a considered move, where it’s not just about selling, but having a clear plan around what comes next. Alongside residential sales, I’ve also been involved in the sale of businesses and commercial property, which has given me a broader understanding of negotiation, deal structure and how to work through more complex transactions. I pride myself on having a strong negotiation skill set, which in my view is one of the most important parts of being a real estate agent and can make a significant difference to the final result. My approach is focused on strategy, communication and creating the right level of buyer competition to achieve a strong outcome, while keeping the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, I still enjoy time with my family and getting back to the hills when I can — it’s a good reminder of where it all started.

I specialize in residential home sales, with a strong focus on how a property is positioned and negotiated to achieve the best possible result. In my view, negotiation is one of the most critical parts of the process — it’s often the difference between an average outcome and a strong one. By creating genuine competition between buyers and managing the process carefully, I work to put my clients in the strongest position possible when it matters most — at the point of sale.

I also work closely with investors, whether they’re looking to buy, sell, or manage their properties. Understanding how an investment performs over time is just as important as the initial purchase or sale. I help clients identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and ensure their properties are positioned correctly in the market. Through trusted property management connections, I can also assist in putting the right systems in place so your investment is looked after properly and continues to perform as it should.

Selling A Business
I also assist clients with the sale of businesses, which is often a more detailed and complex process than a standard property transaction. There are additional layers to consider, including financials, lease assignments, and documentation such as the Form 2, all of which need to be handled carefully to ensure everything is structured correctly. Selling a business isn’t just about finding a buyer — it’s about managing the process from both a commercial and legal perspective, while keeping things moving and minimising risk for all parties involved. My role is to guide clients through that process, work alongside the relevant professionals, and ensure the sale is handled properly from start to finish.
